What the process looks like...
I. You reach out!
Whether that's through this website, Facebook, Instagram, or email, we get in touch and talk about your session! You receive the remaining details for your particular session and I answer any and all questions you may have at that point in time. After that, you'll pay the non-refundable deposit and we'll discuss locations.
II. Date & Time
After all of your questions have been answered, you've secured your spot with the non-refundable deposit, and we've decided on a location we then pick a date and time for your session! Sometimes we secure your date and time before you decide on a location and that's okay too!
III. Styling
After you're officially booked, I send you a styling guide to help get you started with picking outfits for your session. If you find that the guide helps you a lot and you're able to pick and coordinate your family members' outfits, that's awesome! But, if you find yourself needing more help, suggestions, picking specific pieces to go with something you may already have, etc, I'm happy to finish styling you! Most of my clients use the guide to get ideas and then ask me to help piece items together.
IV. Extra Tips
As we approach your session date, I'll send you some tips to help make the days leading up to your session and of course the session itself go as smooth as possible. I want it to be fun and enjoyable for the ENTIRE family!
V. Check-In
At the same time I send you tips, I double check our session date and time just to make sure it still works for everyone. If there is potential weather (rain, snow, extreme temps, etc. I almost always wait until the day of to reschedule since Missouri weather can be so unpredictable.)
VI. Your Session
Whoo!! You've made it! Breathe, let whatever chaos amongst the kids happen, and relax. I photograph you and your loved ones cuddling, laughing, and sometimes crying (if there are little ones). I promise that these are the days you'll look back on and cherish. Drive safe and I'll see you at our session!
